Zip Decision

This process allows graduate and professional students as well as parents to provide basic demographic/school information and run a credit check for KHEAA originated lenders.

eSign

This process allows undergraduate, graduate, and professional students as well as parents to electronically sign their MPN using a Department of Education assigned PIN number. Borrowers can sign for a Stafford, Parent PLUS, or Graduate/Professional PLUS loan. It allows these borrowers to obtain a credit pre–approval and initiate a certification request to the school.

This process allows web–based PLUS MPN processing, electronic MPN viewing, standard and customizable reports, and file upload and download.

Default Aversion

KHEAA Default Aversion attempts to contact your delinquent borrowers at least once every 20 days. We run additional high–cohort specific dialer campaigns and do mailings, e-mails, and telephone campaigns focusing on late–stage delinquencies. With extended hours Monday through Thursday, your borrowers receive personalized, efficient, effective service and advice.
