Electronic Signature Consent

KHEAA offers this electronic signature process for your Advantage Education Loan. Signing your promissory note electronically is your option. Your lender or school cannot require you to sign electronically. You decide whether to sign electronically or print and sign a paper promissory note. If you sign through this electronic process, you may also contact KHEAA for a copy of your Application and Credit Agreement.

You may withdraw your consent during this electronic transaction prior to the submission of your promissory note to KHEAA. To withdraw your consent, simply choose option 1 from Other Options for Completing this Process located to the right. If you wish to return to this process later, choose option 2 to save and exit. To return, visit www.kheaa.com/privateloan.

If you would like to print and submit a paper promissory note instead of esigning, KHEAA offers the ability to upload documents directly to our website in a secure environment.

  • Simply log onto to www.kheaa.com using your user id and password
  • Click on the KHEAA Document Upload link and follow the simple steps
  • Select a file from your computer and click on the Upload Documents button
  • You will receive a confirmation page when your documents are successfully uploaded. A maximum of ten documents per day may be uploaded by an individual user

You may also email documents to advantageloans@kheslc.com, fax to 502–696–7305 or mail to: Advantage Loan Processing Center, PO Box 4250, Frankfort, KY 40604–4250.

Please remember that communication via email, fax or mail is not secure so do not include DOB, SSN, or other sensitive information.

Your electronic consent through this electronic signature process applies only to the loans made under this promissory note. After completing the electronic signature process you may request a copy of your promissory note by contacting us.

Remember, by signing your promissory note, you are agreeing to pay back the loans received under that promissory note.
