KHEAA has outreach staff who live and work in 13 regions of Kentucky, so there’s one near you. In addition, the College Info Road Show travels all over the state to support outreach efforts. This section will introduce you to our staff and let you know what services they can provide.
- Looking for help motivating middle and high school students to study hard and get good grades? Wish you had someone to guide you and your students through the maze of student financial aid? Want to direct adult students to higher education? We can help. Our outreach services are available year-round to provide free college planning and financial aid assistance. We gladly offer our services for your use at:

Outreach Counselor Regions
KHEAA covers Kentucky’s 120 counties with thirteen regional outreach counselors. Casi Benedict, 502-759-1776, is the Director of Outreach Services. Keith Ritchie, 502-759-0798, is the Assistant Director of Outreach Services, with administrative support from Susan Bradley, 502-696-7577, in our Frankfort office.
